How long will my order take?
Our lead time is 2-4 weeks dependant on which day of the week you order, we cut off weekly orders every Monday 9am, from there we send the order to print, in 5-10 days we receive the prints and form and assemble the product.
Can I put a logo or name on the side?
Yes, you have 2 spots on the temple area (1 either side) you can include text, a logo or a national flag. We have been known to add a selfie to the side!
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, there is an option to request a price for larger orders, complete your design and hit request bulk price.
Can I have my logo or text on the front panel?
We place club logos on the sides, this is the largest area and does not suffer from registration issues during manufacture. Our logo on the front is a heat seal transfer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and method of transportation, generally most countries overseas are 5-10 days for regular air mail, 3-5 days for express.
What courier company do you use?
We use Australia Post for the majority of our orders, please check your junk mail folder for tracking information as it can often find its way there.
Can I order a bespoke design?
We can do this via email, the price is dependent on the complexity of your design.
Do you have a ‘walk in’ store?
We operate out of a 200sqm industrial unit and sell online only.
Do any retailers stock your product?
Internationally we are well represented in independent sports stores. We have been unable to motivate Australian stores to buy local.

Are your headgear World Rugby approved?
Yes, our headgear under took testing by the British Standards Institute and is World Rugby approved.
What sizes are headgear available in?
XSML – (52-53cms) approx 5-8yrs, SML – (54-55cms) approx 8-13yrs, MED – (56-57cms) approx 14+yrs, LGE – (58-59cms) large mens
How do I measure myself for a headgear?
place a tape measure around your head (sweatband area)
Can you match a custom colour?
